Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Zaragoza, Spain. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
We offer different shipping options:
LAGANINI offers free standard delivery on orders equal or over 200€ for Spain & Portugal (including VAT)*.
EXPRESS SHIPMENT 24/48 hours- 6,75€
STANDARD SHIPMENT 5/7 days- 3,75€
Spain Balearic Islands & Portugal:
EXPRESS SHIPMENT 24/48 hours- 9,75€
STANDARD SHIPMENT 5/7 days- 6,75€
EU: 3-5 working days – 17€
UK: 5-7 working days – 18£
USA: 5-7 working days – 35€
REST OF THE WORLD: 5-7 working days- Your price will be calculated at the time of purchase through GLS.

The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store is as follows:
- Click on the following link: https://laganinistudio.outvio.com or enter the section “Make an exchange from our website” within a maximum period of 15 days from the date you received the product.
- Enter your order number and e-mail address.
Follow the steps: Return/Exchange and Reason.
- Choose whether you want a home collection or a collection point.
- Do I have to pay anything for a return?
At the end of the process under “Summary” you will find the cost of the return. You do not have to pay anything at this point. We will deduct the cost of the return at the time of the refund.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective, Laganini will pay the entire return and/or exchange shipping costs.
Important: Until we receive an item in our warehouse, it remains the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, if the returned item has been used or has a stain on it, we will not be able to process the return.
- When and how do I receive my refund?
Once we have received your package at our offices and confirmed that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition, with all original packaging and labels, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account within 15 business days.
Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the value of your purchase by the same method you used to make the original payment.
EXTENSION FOR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS DURING THE 2022 HOLIDAY PERIOD – BLACK FRIDAY
All purchases made on or after Thursday, November 24 can be exchanged or returned until Monday, January 10.
