All orders are processed the day after they are received, except on weekends and public holidays, in which case they will be processed on the next business day.

These prices do not include customs fees for countries outside the European Union. All our international shipments are made under DDU terms (Delivery Duties Unpaid).*

EXCHANGES

FREE EXCHANGES FOR SPAIN AND PORTUGAL!
If you wish to exchange an item from outside Spain or Portugal, you must first return the item and, once completed, place a new order for the desired product.

RETURNS

Return Policy
Returns can be made only within 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, and must include all accessories.
If the product price has been modified afterwards, the refund will be processed based on the original purchase price.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to return an item?
Returning an item purchased from our online store is very easy:

Simply:

• Click on the following link: https://laganinistudio.outvio.com or go to the «Manage an Exchange or Return» section on our website, within a maximum of 15 days from the date you received the product.

• Please read our FAQ section at the bottom of the page before proceeding.

• Access our portal by entering your order details:

  • Enter your order number (found in your confirmation email) or the carrier tracking code.

  • Enter your postal code or the last 5 digits of your phone number.

• Choose the option for exchange or return, and indicate the reason and/or items you want to exchange.

• Choose if you prefer a home pickup or drop-off at a pickup point/smart locker.

PICKUP OPTION:
This allows pickup at your home within 24 hours (business day) of your request. Please note pickups occur between 9:00–19:00. If you know you won’t be available during this entire time window, please keep in mind that if the carrier finds no one at home, the pickup will be CANCELLED.

SMART LOCKER DROP-OFF OPTION:

• Spain and European Union: Drop your package at the nearest GLS point (indicated by postal code), with fully flexible hours to suit your needs.

• UK, USA, and rest of the world: Drop your package at the nearest FedEx point (indicated by postal code), with fully flexible hours to suit your needs.
  You will receive all the necessary instructions during the process!

Do I have to pay anything for a return?
At the end of the process, under «Summary,» you will see the cost of the return. You do not need to pay anything upfront. The return cost will be deducted when processing your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is considered defective, Laganini will cover all return and/or exchange shipping costs (please remember to provide proof during the return process).
Important: Until we receive the item at our warehouse, it remains the customer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, if the returned item has been used or has any stains, we will not be able to process the return.

When and how will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your package at our offices and confirm that the item(s) are in perfect condition with all original packaging and tags, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days, depending on your bank.
Once the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original online purchase.

EXTENDED EXCHANGE & RETURN PERIOD DURING HOLIDAYS – BLACK FRIDAY
All purchases made from Friday, November 29, can be exchanged or returned until Friday, January 10.
