Return request with GLS

It’s really easy, here you can find out how:

1. Enter this Link:

2. Next, a new page will open, where you will be asked for your order number and zip code.
Once filled in, click on Enter Portal.

3. Select the order you wish to return and click Continue.

4. Choose the reason for the return or exchange and click on Return.

5. Choose the method you prefer: Courier pick-up or Parcel Machine (GLS pick-up point)

6. Accept the terms and conditions and click on Continue.

7. Click on “Print return label” and an INFORMATION LABEL will be downloaded, which you must place INSIDE THE PACKAGE.

8. Please read the instructions below and enter the GLS link: https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/laganinistudio

9. Once you have filled in all the data, click on Continue.

10. Next, the address of the GLS point nearest to your address will appear, click on Next.

11. Download the return label.

12. And finally, print the label (label 2/2). CARRIER/RETURN LABEL and STICK IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE
Once this is done, take the package to the nearest GLS point.

Return request with FedEx

You have two ways to make the return:

• Product you are returning and the reason for the return

• Size

• How you would like to make the return: home pickup or FedEx drop-off

• If choosing home pickup, please provide the address, phone number, and the time frame in which you would like the package to be collected.
