All our orders are processed the day after we receive them, except for weekends and holidays, in which case they will be processed the next business day.

LAGANINI offers free standard shipping for orders of 250 ¤ or more for Spain and Portugal (including VAT)*.

• Portugal:

• EU: 3-5 business days- 15€ (Except Finland and Sweden)*.
• FINLAND AND SWEDEN: 3-5 business days- 21€

What is the procedure for making a return?

The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store is as follows:

It could not be easier or more convenient:

1. Click on the following link: https: //laganinistudio.outvio.com or go to the “Manage a Return or Exchange” section of our website, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date you received the product
2.  If you have any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to read beforehand our Questions and Answers section included at the bottom by accessing the link.
3. Access our website by entering your order details:
4. Enter your order number, which you can find in your confirmation email or in the tracking code of the carrier.
5. Enter your zip code or the last 5 digits of your phone number.
6. Select the return or exchange option and indicate the reason and/or the parts you wish to exchange.
7. Select whether you want a home pickup or a pickup location/Smart Box.
8. You will be given all the necessary instructions!

Do I have to pay anything for a return?

At the end of the process under “Summary” you will find the cost of the return. You do not have to pay anything at this point. We will deduct the cost of the return at the time of the refund.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective, Laganini will pay the entire return and/or exchange shipping costs.

Important: Until we receive an item in our warehouse, it remains the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, if the returned item has been used or has a stain on it, we will not be able to process the return.

• Portugal: 6.5 euros
• EU: 15 €.
• FINLAND AND SWEDEN: 3-5 working days- 21€.
• UK: 5-7 working days- £21
• NORWAY AND SWITZERLAND: 5-7 working days- 25 Euro
• USA: 5-7 working days- £35
• REST OF THE WORLD: Laganini, for the moment, does not offer returns for the rest of the countries*.

When and how do I receive my refund?

Once we have received your package at our offices and confirmed that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition, with all original packaging and labels, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account within 15 business days.

Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the value of your purchase by the same method you used to make the original payment.

EXTENSION FOR EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS DURING THE 2022 HOLIDAY PERIOD – BLACK FRIDAY

All purchases made after Friday, November 29 can be exchanged or returned until Friday, January 10.
