“Quiero ser tuya para siempre. Si me cuidas estaré en buenas condiciones por mucho tiempo”LAVADO: Utiliza siempre agua fría a menos de 30º y detergente neutro. Se recomienda el uso del programa delicado. Lava la prenda lo menos posible y del revés.
Recomendamos un primer lavado de la prenda sola, ya que las prendas estampadas o de colores fuertes tienden a desteñir. Además, procura no mezclarla con colores para evitar que destiña.
Evita el uso de lejía/blanqueador y secadora.
Planchar a temperatura baja.

RETURNS
The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store is as follows:
- Click on the following link: https://laganinistudio.outvio.com or enter the section “Make an exchange from our website” within a maximum period of 15 days from the date you received the product.
- Enter your order number and e-mail address.
Follow the steps: Return/Exchange and Reason.
- Choose whether you want a home collection or a collection point.
- Do I have to pay anything for a return?
At the end of the process under “Summary” you will find the cost of the return. You do not have to pay anything at this point. We will deduct the cost of the return at the time of the refund.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective, Laganini will pay the entire return and/or exchange shipping costs.
Important: Until we receive an item in our warehouse, it remains the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, if the returned item has been used or has a stain on it, we will not be able to process the return.
- When and how do I receive my refund?
Once we have received your package at our offices and confirmed that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition, with all original packaging and labels, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account within 15 business days.
Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the value of your purchase by the same method you used to make the original payment.

All purchases made on or after Thursday, November 24 can be exchanged or returned until Monday, January 10.
