Our prices do not include import taxes, duties and customs fees.
Shipments are DAP (Delivered At Place – Incoterms® 2020), which means that the customer will be responsible for paying any customs costs and local VAT upon receipt of the order.
We recommend buyers to check their country’s import duties before placing the order.

FREE EXCHANGES FOR SPAIN AND PORTUGAL!

If you wish to make an exchange from outside Spain or Portugal, you must first arrange for the item to be returned and, once this has been completed, make a new purchase with the product of your choice.

RETURNS

Return Policy

• Returns may only be made within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, and include all corresponding accessories.
• If the price of the product has been changed subsequently, the refund will be made based on the original purchase price.

Returns of products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

What is the procedure for making a return?

The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store is as follows:

It couldn’t be easier or more convenient:

1. Click on the following link: https://laganinistudio.outvio.com or go to the “Manage an Exchange or Return” section on our website, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date you received the product
2. PLEASE READ our Questions and Answers section at the bottom of the page by clicking on the link.
3. Access our portal by entering your order details:
   1. Enter your order number, which you will find in your confirmation email, or the carrier’s tracking code.
   2. Enter your postal code or the last 5 digits of your phone number.Choose the exchange or return option and indicate the reason and/or the items you want to exchange.
4. Choose whether you want home collection or collection from a collection point/smart locker.

COLLECTION OPTION:

This option allows for collection from your home within 24 hours (business day) of your request. Please note that this option allows for collection by the carrier between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you know that you will not be available during this entire time frame, please note that in case of absence, the collection will be CANCELED.

SMART LOCKER DEPOSIT OPTION:

Spain and European Union: Deposit your package at the nearest GLS point in your city (indicated by zip code) with completely flexible hours adapted to your needs.
UK, US, and rest of the world: Deposit your package at the nearest FEDEX point in your city (indicated by zip code) with completely flexible hours adapted to your needs.

Do I have to pay anything for a return?

At the end of the process, under “Summary,” you will find the cost of the return. You will not have to pay anything at that time. We will deduct the cost of the return at the time of the refund.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. In cases where a product is considered defective, Laganini will cover all shipping costs for the return and/or exchange. (Remember to provide proof during the return process).

Important: Until we receive an item at our warehouse, it remains the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, if the returned item has been used or has any stains, we will not be able to process the return.

When and how will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your package at our offices and confirm that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition, with all original packaging and labels, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account within a maximum of 15 business days, depending on your bank.
Once the return has been approved, the purchase value will be refunded using the same payment method originally used to purchase the product from the online store.
