Prices

The published prices are valid except for typographical errors or end of promotion. Published prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT.

In the event that the order is placed and does not agree with the product, THE HOLDER will refund the amount of the order minus all costs incurred for the return of the amount.

Products shall be paid in advance by credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Credit/Debit Card.

Guarantee

Customers will benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the articles. In the event that the article does not carry this document, it will be sufficient to keep the purchase invoice, in accordance with RD 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Damage due to incorrect use or handling of the product, or wear and tear caused by normal use of the product, are not included in this warranty.

Returns and product exchanges

With our after-sales service we try to offer a fast and efficient attention to our customers in order to solve any problem with our articles or shipments.

If you notice any damage at the time of delivery please contact us immediately through hello@laganinistudio.com.Pasados two (2) working days after receipt of the product will not be accepted claims related to transport.

THE HOLDER, assumes the transport costs incurred by the return due to manufacturing defects of the product.

If you want to make a return send an email to hello@laganinistudio.com, we will contact you to tell you the instructions to follow. Please check that you have the original packaging. Transport costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise duly authorized by THE HOLDER.

Shipping costs

The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.

In BLACK FRIDAY period the delivery time may be longer than usual, we are not responsible for possible delays of the transport company.

The delivery in UK and in countries outside the European Union could take longer than the expected delivery time due to customs issues.

Laganini is not responsible for customs costs associated with orders in the UK and outside the European Union.

Right of withdrawal

The User has the right of withdrawal of the purchase made through the Website www.laganinistudio.com, and may return the product, if not satisfied, within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the product.

The refund will be made within 15 calendar days from the date on which it has been effectively and unequivocally communicated the decision to withdraw from the contract and provided that they have previously received the goods or products subject to withdrawal and are in perfect condition, with no signs of use.

Such return shall never include the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal shall be made by sending to THE HOLDER via email hello@laganinistudio.com the desire to exercise this right. Upon receipt of the communication, THE HOLDER will inform the customer of the steps and measures to be considered to carry out the right of withdrawal.

Right of exclusion
