100% WOOL AND CASHMERE GARMENTS
“I want to be yours forever. If you take care of me, I will be in good shape for a long time”To wash and care for wool and cashmere garments, use cold or warm water and a mild detergent designed specifically for these fibers. The temperature should be low to prevent shrinkage and deformation. Hand wash without rubbing or scrubbing and rinse with cold water until it runs clear, pressing gently to remove excess water without wringing. It is preferable to use mild or neutral detergents and do not use bleach or whiteners. Avoid using fabric softener. Air dry on a flat surface, stretching the garment to its original shape, do not tumble dry. Iron at a low temperature with a damp cloth or use steam. For pilling, use a lint remover or wool comb and wear garments sparingly to minimize wear.

RETURNS
The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store is as follows:
- Click on the following link: https://laganinistudio.outvio.com or enter the section “Make an exchange from our website” within a maximum period of 15 days from the date you received the product.
- Enter your order number and e-mail address.
Follow the steps: Return/Exchange and Reason.
- Choose whether you want a home collection or a collection point.
- Do I have to pay anything for a return?
At the end of the process under “Summary” you will find the cost of the return. You do not have to pay anything at this point. We will deduct the cost of the return at the time of the refund.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is deemed defective, Laganini will pay the entire return and/or exchange shipping costs.
Important: Until we receive an item in our warehouse, it remains the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, if the returned item has been used or has a stain on it, we will not be able to process the return.
- When and how do I receive my refund?
Once we have received your package at our offices and confirmed that the returned item(s) are in perfect condition, with all original packaging and labels, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account within 15 business days.
Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the value of your purchase by the same method you used to make the original payment.

All purchases made on or after Thursday, November 24 can be exchanged or returned until Monday, January 10.
