1. Enter this Link:<\/p>\n

2. Next, a new page will open, where you will be asked for your order number and zip code.
\nOnce filled in, click on Enter Portal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Select the order you wish to return and click Continue.<\/p>\n

4. Choose the reason for the return or exchange and click on Return.<\/p>\n

5. Choose the method you prefer: Courier pick-up or Parcel Machine (GLS pick-up point)<\/p>\n

6. Accept the terms and conditions and click on Continue.<\/p>\n

7. Please read the instructions below and enter the GLS link: https:\/\/www.gls-returns.com\/#\/m\/laganinistudio<\/a><\/p>\n

8. Once you have filled in all the data, click on Continue.<\/p>\n

9. Next, the address of the GLS point nearest to your address will appear, click on Next.<\/p>\n

10. Download the return label.<\/p>\n

11. And finally, print the label (label 1\/1). CARRIER\/RETURN LABEL and STICK IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE <\/b>
