2. Next, a new page will open, where you will be asked for your order number and zip code.
\nOnce filled in, click on Enter Portal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Select the order you wish to return and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4. Choose the reason for the return or exchange and click on Return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

5. Choose the method you prefer: Courier pick-up or Parcel Machine (GLS pick-up point)<\/p>\n

6. Accept the terms and conditions and click on Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

7. Click on “Print return label”<\/strong> and an INFORMATION LABEL will be downloaded, which you must place INSIDE THE PACKAGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n

9. Once you have filled in all the data, click on Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

10. Next, the address of the GLS point nearest to your address will appear, click on Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

12. And finally, print the label (label 2\/2). CARRIER\/RETURN LABEL and STICK IT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE<\/strong>
